The Oakland Raider DEFENSE!!!
Its the start of a new season for the legendary Oakland Raiders. Last season we saw the team go 8-8 and with new head coach Hue Jackson the team has to perform better. It was a great season for the Oakland Raiders as they went 6-0 against their rivals in the AFC West and defeated them all , twice! The NFL Draft proved to be a success and we welcome Rolando McLain, Jacoby Ford and powerhouse Jason Veldheer. The Raiders also picked up veteran Kamerion Wimbley from the Browns. Alongside Richard Seymour they totaled 14 sacks and put the hurt on Chiefs QB Matt Cassel, ending the season in a win! Darren McFadden emerged as a star running back and proved that he was no bust as he gained over 1000 yards last season. Nnamndi Asomugha, Richard Seymour and Shane Lechler played well enough to make the Pro Bowl. Lastly, the defense of the Oakland Raiders shared the wealth when it came to ball jarring, punishing hits. the leader of the Silver and Black attack was rookie sensation Rolando McLain.
